Our PTA wants you to be part of our team! Please consider signing up as a volunteer for one of our programs or events. The first step is completing a background check through Austin Partners in Education. More information can be found below.

Background Check Information
If you wish to volunteer on campus, in classrooms, or on field trips, you will need to complete a back ground check. Parents that are not on the volunteer coordinator's list will not be able to volunteer on campus or chaperone on field trips. Background checks must be completed for safety reasons, per district policy. You can access the online request below. Once on the website, you'll scroll to the "School Based Volunteers" drop down menu first and select Baranoff Elementary. You will then select "Baranoff Volunteer"on the following page where you'll then enter your information. The background check is good for 3 years, however, you will need to return to the website every year to have the system recognize that your background check is current.
You must complete the background check using your individual email — multiple people cannot use the same email address.

Background checks are good for 3 years. HOWEVER, you must return to this site EVERY year and re-enter you email.
