Photos are needed for all grade levels for the yearbook. If you have any that you would like to share or if you know of other parents of classmates that may have some that can be included in the yearbook, please submit them.
We also need baby pictures from the 5th grade students to create a special page for those students. Please send those to the office with your child's name and teacher on it. These will be returned once we have scanned them.

Love Your Teacher Week Feb 8 - Feb 12 |

National PTA expanded on Eleanor Roosevelt’s idea of National Teacher Day, established in 1953, and dedicated a whole week to celebrate the accomplishments of educators. This special week honors the dedicated men and women who lend their passion and skills to educating children. Baranoff’s events are part of a national effort to call attention to the outstanding contributions teachers make to individuals and communities.
We all know of exceptional teachers and we should recognize the great deal of work being done in our school. Did you know the average workday for an elementary school teacher is 14 hours?
The teachers at our school spend more waking hours with our children on a weekly basis then we do. Let the appreciation begin!

There was a wonderful article published in the Community Impact Newspaper this week.
The article details our activities to support our Sister school, Blazier Elementary, including November’s coin drive and Thanksgiving baskets. A huge thank you goes to Leticia Caballero, our Community Coordinator, for leading these events. We could not have been as successful without her leadership and your support. Thank you to our Baranoff Community for your continued support of our school, children, and surrounding community. Your generosity is always astounding.
