Students from Bowie come to Baranoff on a weekly basis and spend an hour with a pal assigned to them. It is a wonderful program and both sides benefit from the program immensely. There are 3 events throughout the course of the year. Assistance is needed in such areas as planning and organizing a winter holiday party, Valentine party, and an end of the year gathering. The parties generally consist of cookies or cake, soft drinks, cups, napkins, plates, table clothes, etc. If you would like to plan these events or assist at the party, please call the PTA Volunteer Coordinator Lori Sanders.
